On the Road - Vienna, VA - 6/29/16

This morning we left Williamsburg for the relatively short drive to my brother Gary's place in Vienna, VA.  We were able to fill the gas tank at the Navy Exchange gas station before we left and the price was right at $1.929 per gallon which is the cheapest we've seen so far.

Traffic on I-95 as we approach D.C. was heavy but kept moving and we arrived at Gary's place by before 3:00 PM.  Here we are parked in his drive way.  He has an electrical outlet by his front door so we were able to plug in and keep the fridge and freezer running.

This is going to be a relaxing visit with only some minor sight seeing.  We used to live near here and have seen many of the historical sights in the DC area. We will stay here thru the weekend and then hit the road on Monday, July 4th.
